How do I place an order?
You have several options:
1) Work with a sales representative if we have one in your area. Call or email for a name and telephone number of someone near you.
2) Place your order online on our secure site.

4) You can request a catalog with order form included by emailing email@example.com. If you choose to request a catalog and put the order together yourself, you can then fax it to us at 507-665-3473 or mail it to:

Is there a minimum order and reorder amount?
Our minimum opening order is just $150.00, and our minimum reorder is $75.00.
What is a "Bestseller Order?"
We will be happy to choose best selling card designs or gift products for you based on the size of the order you wish to place. This option has proven to be very popular for busy store owners who are comfortable letting us help in this way!

How do I pay for my order?
To expedite your first order, we suggest prepayment by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Once you have ordered with us and your references have been checked, we’ll be happy to set up Net 30 terms upon approval. We will need at least three business references along with bank account information (account number and name and telephone number of contact person to whom we can speak at the bank).
Can I work with a sales rep in my area?
Yes, we love it when you work with one of our wonderful sales reps! Unfortunately, there are some parts of the country where we do not have representation. In that case, please call us and we can help you put together an order over the phone. Can I place an order WITHOUT using a sales rep?
Although our trained sales representatives would love the opportunity to explain our promotions and guide you to the best and brightest, we know that some buyers prefer ordering on their own. It's completely up to you. We will work with you in the way that suits you best.
Do I have to order a display when I order?
No, you can order our greeting cards with or without a display.
What type and size of displays do you offer?
We sell a variety of sizes and types of displays. Specific details on prices and sizes can be found on our website under Greeting Cards > Displays and also in our Display Options section of the order form found in our catalog.
Do I have to pay for a display or is it free?
If you order a filled display, your cost is offset with free product but you will be billed for shipping.
Does the display come with a header?
Yes, when you order a display, you get a full-color header that attaches to the top of the display. If you are not ordering a display from us but would still like a display sign, just let us know and we will send you a full color, two sided header free of charge.
